Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using telehealth platforms.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Provide feedback to patients and caregivers on progress and goals.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers for patient care.
- Utilize evidence-based practices in treatment.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
- Provide culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations.
- Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement group therapy sessions.

- Provide documentation for insurance and billing purposes.
