Associates In Pediatric Therapy LLC is seeking passionate Speech Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists to join our team. You will provide essential therapeutic services to children from birth to age 21, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on compassionate, client-focused care.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, executive functioning, and other skills to determine their impact on daily life, education, play, and social participation.
- Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
- Evaluate and treat children for speech, language, oral motor, feeding, voice, fluency, articulation, or social communication disorders to achieve the highest level of functioning.
- Examine and evaluate children with congenital and orthopedic conditions to improve mobility through skilled gross motor interventions like gait training, equipment management, and therapeutic exercise.
- Accurately document treatment sessions, progress reports, and evaluation reports in detail.
- Maintain professional competencies and uphold all federal and state licensure and ethical expectations.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
- A Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining licensure).
