Responsibilities
- Evaluate children for speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and feeding or swallowing difficulties through thorough assessments
- Create and carry out customized intervention strategies based on individual child requirements
- Provide therapeutic services in face-to-face settings and via secure online platforms
- Work closely with parents, guardians, teachers, and other healthcare providers
- Keep detailed, up-to-date clinical records that meet standards set by the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Path游戏副本ologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
- Track client development and modify treatment approaches as necessary
- Attend team huddles, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities
- Offer coaching and educational support to caregivers to reinforce skills outside of therapy
- Follow provincial regulatory requirements and privacy laws
