CenterWell Pharmacy, a Humana company, is hiring a Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician-2. You will support Pharmacists by dispensing Specialty Rx medications, taking inbound calls from patients and providers, and entering prescription orders. Your work will ensure adherence to processes and programs developed to optimize health outcomes for our patients.

What You'll Do

• Support Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications.
• Take in-bound phone calls from patients and providers.
• Enter prescription orders into the system.
• Ensure adherence to Specialty Rx specific operational processes and programs developed to optimize health outcomes.
• Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.
• Perform computations.
• Work within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards.
• Follow standard policies and practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation and independent discretion.

What We're Looking For

• Possess an active and current Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Arizona.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have

• National Certification, PTCB CPhT or ExCPT.
• 2 years of experience typing prescriptions.
• Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously and strong data entry skills.
• Phone experience with excellent communications skills.
• Passion about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

• Compensation range: $40,000 - $52,300 per year.
