About the Role

Lead and manage a team of sales specialists focused on next-generation SIEM solutions, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through targeted outreach and technical sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales specialists
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals
  • Identify new market opportunities for SIEM technology
  • Manage customer relationships at enterprise-level accounts
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Track and report on team performance metrics
  • Coordinate with product teams to relay customer feedback
  • Support contract negotiations and pricing discussions
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Drive pipeline growth through strategic prospecting
  • Participate in industry events and conferences
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends
  • Coach team members on sales techniques and product expertise
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with support teams
  • Prepare forecasts and sales reports for leadership
  • Promote customer success and retention initiatives
  • Implement sales enablement tools and resources
  • Optimize sales processes for efficiency and scalability
