At Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), we are shaping the future of real estate for a better world. We are hiring a Specialist, Mobile Engineering Services to perform preventive maintenance and repair work on commercial building systems within a specified geographic territory. You will use hands-on skills to maintain properties in peak condition, focusing on HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair service work on HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and various other building systems.
- Identify energy savings opportunities at facilities, including system and operational changes.
- Perform routine building maintenance, plumbing, and other tasks as necessary.
- Independently plan work assignments and perform duties with minimal direct supervision.
- Assist as a helper in other trades and in the general maintenance and operation of buildings and grounds.
- Travel to various locations within a specified geography in this truck-based role.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs OR 5 years military experience that includes work on HVAC systems.
- High school graduate or GED.
- Universal CFC certification.
- Possess hands-on skills to complete repairs on commercial HVAC systems (pumps, motors, air handlers, automation/controls, electrical) using standard tools and in accordance with codes.
- Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite), web-based applications, and handheld electronic devices.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively manage diverse relationships with team members, contractors, building occupants, and clients.
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Work Mode
This is a local-city role based in Nashville, TN. Travel to various locations within the specified territory is required.
