Grow Therapy is looking for a Specialist I, Provider Support to join our customer support team. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated resource, troubleshooting and resolving issues for our clients and therapists while providing exceptional service and acting as their passionate advocate.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by Clients and Therapists via phone and live chat.
- Dig deep into problems to identify root causes and collaborate with Product teams to improve the platform.
- Assist and educate customers on the Grow Therapy platform, delivering great customer service.
- Serve as the customer's go-to resource and advocate, ensuring everyone feels heard and supported.
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and comfort with ambiguity and asynchronous communication.
- A love for problem-solving and natural curiosity, particularly about health tech.
- A work ethic defined by kindness and empathy, prioritizing Customer Experience above all.
- Ability to work successfully and independently in a remote setting, adapting to changing priorities.
- Comfort meeting quantitative metrics, including daily conversation volume.
- Ability to thrive at a fast-paced startup and excitement about contributing to its growth.
Nice to Have
- A track record of at least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience.
- Knowledge of how insurance and coverage work in the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Basic programming or engineering skills and/or interest.
- Education, training, or certification in a business- or technology-related field.
