Hartmann is hiring a Specialist Complaint Management for an 18-month, part-time (22.5h) contract in Heidenheim. In this central role, you will ensure the efficient, compliant, and customer-oriented processing of product complaints worldwide. You'll collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Technical teams, and international partners to analyze trends, develop creative solutions, and continuously improve the complaint process.
What You'll Do
- Take independent responsibility for a product area such as incontinence, diagnostics, active medical devices, biocides, pharmaceuticals, or wound products.
- Ensure the timely and proper processing of global product complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines/processes.
- Coordinate and document investigations and root cause analyses.
- Evaluate complaint data to identify trends and create statistical reports for management.
- Initiate and globally steer Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and monitor their effectiveness in the context of complaints.
- Work closely and communicate with country organizations, specialist departments, and production sites to optimize the complaint process.
- Support and train internal interfaces in complaint handling.
- Contribute to audits, projects, and the further development of the global complaint management process, including in the context of new technologies like AI.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in natural sciences or engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in a quality assurance role, ideally within the regulated environment of medical device or pharmaceutical development.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (Medical Device Regulation, pharmaceutical law).
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to understand complex processes in regulated environments.
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and high personal initiative.
- Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance.
- Experience with SAP.
- General interest in IT topics and digital tools.
