We are hiring a Special Security Representative to break down complex security threats into manageable plans of action for government clients. You will act as a security matter expert, collaborating with government subject matter experts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
What You'll Do
- Work with government SMEs to identify risks, understand applicable policies, and develop mitigation plans.
- Review details from SMEs to assess the entire threat landscape.
- Guide clients through a plan of action with presentations, white papers, and milestones.
- Translate security concepts so clients can make the best decisions to secure critical infrastructure.
- Act as a security matter expert while broadening skills in telecommunications.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience working in the DoD or intelligence community, including in an SCI or SAP environment.
- Experience with SCIF accreditation process.
- Experience with supporting SCIF operations, including developing SOPs, access control, visitor management, and secure facility requirements.
- Knowledge of security regulations, including DoDM 5200.01, DoDM 5105.21, DoDM 5205.07, IDC 7-4, or ICD 705.
- Knowledge of receipt, accountability, and destruction procedures of classified materials and overseeing secure transmission methods.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.

- Ability to independently lead multiple security efforts simultaneously.
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
