Grupo Q is looking for a Spare Parts Salesperson to join our Contact Center team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and driving sales of spare parts through multiple channels while delivering technical support and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries and sales of spare parts through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding spare parts.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
Nice to Have
- Technical knowledge of automotive or machinery spare parts.
- Experience in a contact center environment.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
