Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Spanish Speaking Remote Support Specialist to provide exceptional remote technical support to Spanish-speaking clients. You'll be a key point of contact, troubleshooting issues and ensuring client satisfaction while working from and relocating to Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional remote support to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Document every client interaction and support case in the CRM system.
- Guide clients on product features to maximize their user experience.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex client requests.
- Gather client feedback to inform service improvements.
- Participate in training workshops to stay updated on product enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Desire to relocate and work in Greece while immersing yourself in a new culture.
