Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Spanish Speaking Remote Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support to Spanish-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact, resolving inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality remote support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently.
- Guide customers through installation processes and product features.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to provide informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to support users in resolving their challenges is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Good English skills.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role.
