Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative for a prominent finance company. In this remote position based in Greece, you will assist clients in Spanish, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries related to financial products and services via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.
- Provide information on account management, loan processes, investment options, and financial advice.
- Assist customers with account setups, troubleshooting issues, and service-related queries.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated on financial industry trends and company offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the aptitude to handle sensitive financial inquiries.
- Aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity, with a willingness to work flexible hours.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the finance or banking industry, is preferred.
