Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Spanish Speaking Client Support Specialist to join our team. In this remote role, you will provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking clientele, ensuring a high standard of service and fostering positive relationships.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and effectively troubleshoot issues with patience and professionalism.
- Educate clients on products and services to help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and exceed client expectations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.
- A strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working from home and adaptable to remote work culture.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
- Experience in client support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
