What You'll Do
Oversee live systems to ensure smooth operation and respond swiftly to abuse incidents. Analyze data to detect spam and malicious behavior, then design and implement rules to prevent future threats. Use Python to automate complex tasks and enhance data analysis workflows. Provide actionable feedback to engineering teams to refine detection systems and improve overall resilience.
Take initiative in planning and guiding development cycles, acting as a bridge between analysis and implementation. Work closely with software and machine learning teams to align anti-abuse strategies with technical capabilities. Your insights will directly influence how systems evolve to stay ahead of emerging threats.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, particularly in areas like fraud detection, anomaly identification, or electronic communications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, methodical approach to investigation
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment
- Availability to work second shift in Skopje (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM CEST) or standard day shift in Taipei
