SOMFY Group is offering an apprenticeship role within its HR & Organization function, focused on supporting change management initiatives on an international scope. You will collaborate directly with the Change Management team to implement key dimensions like communication, awareness, and skills development, contributing directly to the company's 2030 Ambition.

What You'll Do

Collaborate internationally with the Change Management team to understand the scope and objectives of upcoming organizational changes.
Support change managers in implementing change dimensions: management communication, collective awareness & mobilization, collective & individual skills.
Create deliverables such as communication kits, training content, digital workshops, and engagement studies to support change management plans.
Support communication efforts and co-animate Change Management trainings.
Lead the 'Change Champions' network and the Change Academy, managing the intranet and organizing events like webinars and virtual cafés.
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in change management, bringing new ideas to the team.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in human resources, communication, or attending a business school.
Proficiency in both English and French.
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, including collaboration, problem-solving, active listening, teamwork, and empathy.
Creativity and a proactive mindset.
Comfortable using digital tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite, video editing software, Klaxoon, Canva, or other similar collaborative platforms.
