This position involves working at the intersection of technology and client needs, translating business requirements into functional technical implementations and supporting the full project lifecycle from design to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business requirements
- Design and implement customized solution architectures
- Integrate platforms with client systems using APIs and middleware
- Support pre-sales activities with technical demonstrations and proof of concepts
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation phases
- Document solution designs and integration workflows
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards
- Assist in configuring and deploying software in client environments
- Provide technical guidance during project onboarding
- Coordinate with project managers to maintain timelines and deliverables
- Adapt solutions to accommodate evolving client needs
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions and technical workshops
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform capabilities and updates
- Support post-deployment stabilization and handover to operations teams
