Every is hiring a Solutions Engineer - Americas. In this role, you will partner with Account Executives to secure technical and commercial wins with Mid-Market customers. You will demonstrate how Ashby supports unique customer needs and transforms their hiring process.
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations to prospects.
- Facilitate well-structured product trials for customers.
- Coordinate comprehensive and insightful RFP responses.
- Use discovery skills and product knowledge to articulate Ashby's transformative impact.
- Build upon existing demo environments to craft compelling narratives showcasing product capabilities.
- Design repeatable processes to scale the solutions engineering team.
- Proactively engage Account Executives to distribute the work of progressing deals.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements that result in enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Consultant supporting complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales cycles.
- Experience working with HR or Talent teams and empathy for their daily challenges.
- Deep product expertise across a suite of solutions and regarded as a subject-matter expert.
- Ability to quickly connect new concepts, product capabilities, and business outcomes.
- Mastery of clear communication, explaining complex concepts simply and articulating business impact.
- Enjoys digging into problems, finding unique solutions, and working in a fast-paced organization.
- Adept at creating and delivering tailored demos spanning a broad range of product capabilities.
- Comfortable adapting demos on the fly based on customer questions.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with recruiting workflows and data in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demo infrastructure or demo engineering experience.
- Value engineering or consulting experience, building bespoke and quantifiable business cases.
