Loop is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to provide clients with a seamless technical close and implementation experience. You will be responsible for complex workflow design and configuration, serving as a key point of contact for client implementations, designing and configuring data orchestration, and translating processes between client systems and Loop’s proprietary platform.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate project management for solution scoping and implementations.
- Lead kick-off calls, including remote and occasional on-site sessions providing an overview of the Loop solution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop integration solutions between a wide range of commercial and legacy client systems.
- Lead integrations between Loop and client’s external software systems (TMS/ERP) with input from Integrations Engineer, including handling schema mapping.
- Lead product demos tailored to prospect use cases and act as a product expert in pre-sales conversations.
- Scope use cases to Loop’s product and roadmap.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to inform cost structure for client proposals based on technical requirements.
- Conduct weekly status meetings with clients to review progress, obstacles, and upcoming tasks.
- Identify and consult with clients on business process transformation, optimization, best-practice initiatives, testing, training, and managing go-live and system cutovers.
- Manage post-implementation handoff to ensure success before transitioning the account to the customer success team.
- Manage multiple projects at once, with varying stages of implementation.
- Own technical and functional requirements, ensuring they are clearly documented, comprehensive, and easily trackable.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of customer-facing experience within a SaaS or technology company environment, including customer integrations, implementations, or software systems delivery.
- 2+ years of technical experience.
- Ability to lead groups of people to meet critical goals.
- Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
- Ability to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows for implementations, and create current and future state flows.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and timelines.
- Proven presentation or training experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York City.
