Office Collective is seeking a Solutions Consultant to act as both Solution Architect and Solutions Consultant in a pre-sales capacity. In this role, you will support the sales team by understanding customer requirements, creating Proof of Concepts, and demonstrating how the platform enables conversational customer engagement. You will work closely with Account Executives and Customer Experience teams to secure technical product selection across diverse industries.
What You'll Do
- Act as Solution Architect and Solutions Consultant during pre-sales, Proof of Concept, onboarding, and training
- Work with Account Executives and CX Engagement Consultants to help customers utilize all features of the product
- Understand customer requirements and quickly create a Proof of Concept demonstrating how the platform helps achieve customer goals across all channels
- Secure technical product selection through discovery, value-based demos, Proof of Concept, and ROI-analysis
- Perform remote demos and in-person boardroom presentations
- Collect customer feedback and funnel it back into product development
- Present and act as an advocate at public and private Customer Experience events
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Find simple solutions to complex problems
- Work from early stages of sales engagement through to final presentation
What We're Looking For
- Ability to collect customer feedback and funnel it into product development
- Comfortable presenting and being an advocate at various public and private Customer Experience events
- Team-oriented with excitement for close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Talented at quickly finding simple solutions to complex problems
- Experience with technical platforms
- Experience mapping RFP requirements for software solutions
- Experience with discovery, scoping, management, and execution of customer pilots and Proof of Concept
- Ability to work across the company when required
- High qualification in integrating SaaS applications
- Previous experience advising about and implementing enterprise software solutions
- Thorough knowledge about call centre and customer service platforms
- Knowledge about web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, and SaaS applications
- Act as a resource for Customer Success regarding onboarding and training
