As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding potential customers from initial discovery through technical validation and platform adoption. Partnering closely with sales and customer experience teams, you'll translate business needs into effective technical solutions using a SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales, supporting Account Executives and CX teams in demonstrating platform value
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client objectives and design tailored Proof of Concepts
- Deliver engaging remote and in-person demonstrations to stakeholders and decision-makers
- Map customer requirements to platform capabilities, including RFP responses and technical scoping
- Support onboarding and training initiatives by providing technical guidance to Customer Success teams
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between product development and customer feedback
- Conduct ROI analysis and value-based presentations to reinforce platform adoption
Qualifications and Experience
You bring hands-on experience with enterprise software implementations and a strong grasp of SaaS architectures. Familiarity with customer service platforms and call centre operations is essential, along with practical knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Proven ability to design and manage customer pilots and technical proofs of concept
- Experience integrating cloud-based applications and advising on technical deployments
- Skilled at translating complex technical features into clear business benefits
- Comfortable presenting at industry events and advocating for customer-centric innovation
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative approach across Sales, Product, and Customer Success
Preferred Background
- Exposure to hosted telephony or cloud-based communication systems
- Prior experience in customer service operations or call centre environments
