Accountabilities: · Manage technical aspects of sales cycles, evaluating customer requirements and emphasizing product unique value propositions. · Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, establishing robust relationships with technical stakeholders. · Define customer trials and projects, designing and implementing proof-of-concept solutions. · Develop and deliver specialized technical demonstrations aligned with customer needs. · Represent "Customer Perspective" through engagement in status meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic discussions, escalating critical issues as necessary. · Collaborate extensively with product and engineering teams to refine solutions based on customer insights. · Transform complex challenges into clear, executable strategies while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's or Ph.D. preferred). · Demonstrated experience in enterprise SaaS, AI/ML, infrastructure, or related industries with direct customer engagement. · Advanced proficiency in data infrastructure and contemporary machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, transformers). · Production-level coding expertise in languages like Python, TypeScript, or equivalent. · Proven capability to provide technical guidance during customer interactions. · Superior communication and presentation skills, effectively engaging both executive and technical audiences. · Entrepreneurial mindset with robust intellectual curiosity, strong customer empathy, and independent working capabilities.
