About the Role

A talent acquisition platform is seeking a Senior Data Scientist in the United States to drive transformative user experience and AI-powered feature development. Accountabilities: · Perform comprehensive analytical investigations to diagnose challenges, explore opportunities, and formulate hypotheses through systematic experimental design. · Conduct comprehensive exploratory analyses to understand user interaction dynamics and inform future experimentation strategies. · Create sophisticated segmentation approaches using predictive modeling techniques to deliver personalized user experiences and targeted offerings. · Generate automated visualization dashboards and executive-level reports tracking acquisition, monetization, and engagement metrics. · Champion data-driven solutions and collaborate across functional teams to advance analytics-based initiatives. · Continuously monitor and analyze high-volume experimental outcomes to enhance product experiences and revenue generation. · Effectively communicate intricate analytical insights to business stakeholders, transforming complex findings into strategic recommendations. Requirements: · Bachelor's or advanced degree in quantitative disciplines including Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering. · 6+ years of professional experience applying analytical methodologies to drive strategic business decisions. · Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and proactively engage with organizational stakeholders. · Advanced proficiency in SQL and expertise in statistical analysis, regression, and decision tree methodologies. · Demonstrated experience designing and analyzing multivariate experiments to optimize product and revenue performance. · Superior verbal and written communication skills with strong leadership and influencing capabilities. · Programming proficiency and familiarity with Python or comparable statistical analysis tools. · Preferred: Product analytics experience in SaaS environments; Master's or doctoral degree in quantitative fields.
