About the Role

This position involves building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility, and supporting analytics initiatives across the organization through robust data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable data pipelines for large-scale datasets
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure reliable data flow
  • Collaborate with analytics and business teams to understand data needs
  • Optimize data storage solutions for performance and cost-efficiency
  • Ensure data quality through monitoring and validation processes
  • Support the integration of data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Work with cloud-based data platforms and services
  • Document data models, workflows, and system architecture
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in production environments
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
  • Improve data security and compliance with privacy standards
  • Assist in defining data governance policies and standards
  • Evaluate and recommend new data technologies and tools
  • Support real-time and batch data processing workflows
  • Contribute to the design of data warehouses and data marts
  • Collaborate with machine learning teams on feature engineering pipelines
  • Monitor system performance and implement scalability improvements
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of data infrastructure
  • Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
  • Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field
