CoverGo is hiring a Solutions Architect (Insurance) to provide design and delivery expertise for modern, cloud-based insurance solutions. In this fully remote role, you will work directly with clients to assess needs, design tailored architectures, and support business initiatives.

What You'll Do

Engage with clients to understand requirements and advise on appropriate solution architectures.
Collaborate with Product Managers to align client needs with solution design.
Work with Delivery Managers to oversee the architecture approach during solution deployment.
Explore possibilities and creative alternatives to identify the most effective solutions.
Ensure designed solutions are implemented per client expectations and company standards.
Assist in identifying, specifying, and selecting off-the-shelf components.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout implementation.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

At least 6 years in solution architecture design and delivery within the insurance vertical, with exposure to multiple lines of business.
Experience delivering cloud-based technology product solutions in an enterprise environment.
Ability to assist in defining and socializing a product or enterprise roadmap.
Ability to translate client requirements into actionable steps and solution architectures.
Understanding of business architecture models and patterns.
Proven experience designing and implementing innovative solutions to business problems.
Capacity for creative thinking while understanding business constraints.
Knowledge of optimum approaches for highly available and scalable cloud applications.
Experience designing solutions in both Relational DB and noSQL environments.
Experience designing for API and Micro-services centric environments.
Demonstrated capability to self-learn new technology trends.
Exposure to authentication and authorisation concepts like SSO, SAML, and identity federation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort discussing solution strategies with all levels, from internal teams to client CxO.
Strong analytical skills and ability to collect business requirements from corporate clients.
Strong ability to build value propositions, solution documents, and business cases.
Relationship management experience with corporate clients.
Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent decision-making and judgment skills.
Understanding of insurance business processes across all areas and at least two lines of business.
Ability to maintain direction through proactive planning and organized work approaches.
A high proficiency in working in English as your primary language.

Nice to Have

Experience or understanding of the benefits of low-code platforms.
Experience with multiple development languages and various DB engines.
Certification in one architecture discipline (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Certification in one cloud environment with broad knowledge of its capabilities.
