Responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored deployment architectures for complex technical environments
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs and constraints
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Lead technical discussions and proof-of-concept implementations
- Provide expert guidance during customer onboarding and integration phases
- Develop deployment roadmaps aligned with customer timelines and objectives
- Identify potential risks in deployment plans and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support the creation of technical documentation and solution blueprints
- Work with product teams to influence roadmap based on customer feedback
- Ensure deployments meet performance, security, and compliance standards
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams and stakeholders
- Participate in customer reviews and technical advisory sessions
- Optimize deployment processes for efficiency and repeatability
- Stay current with evolving technology and industry best practices
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities through effective solution design
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical architecture or deployment roles
- Proven experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure as code
- Strong understanding of software integration patterns and APIs
- Experience working in customer-facing technical roles
- Familiarity with agile development and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Experience with enterprise-scale system deployments
- Knowledge of security and data privacy principles
- Project management experience in technical implementations
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Track record of delivering solutions on schedule
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline
