As a Solutions Architect (Client Integrations) at Jobgether, you will lead technical implementations for enterprise healthcare solutions. You will serve as a key advisor, translating complex client requirements into robust integration strategies and ensuring seamless data connectivity with cloud and backend systems.

What You'll Do

Lead technical and operational discovery sessions with clients to assess integration requirements.
Translate client data formats to platform infrastructure and schemas.
Develop and execute data validation workflows, troubleshooting errors and ensuring high data quality.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solution performance, access, and reliability.
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and operational stakeholders.
Define and implement integration strategies based on client requirements.
Manage multi-threaded projects, track progress against milestones, and resolve issues efficiently.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with engineering, product management, and account teams.
Drive standardization and improvements in integration processes for future client implementations.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in client-facing technical project leadership roles.
Experience with enterprise healthcare systems, digital consumer payments, backend payment processing technologies, or Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.
Strong proficiency in SQL.
Comfortable working with data structures, relational databases, and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Effective communicator, able to translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver sustainable solutions.
Authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python.
Familiarity with enterprise system integrations or healthcare data platforms.
Experience leading cross-functional teams during implementation projects.
Exposure to cloud architecture, networking, security, and change management processes.
