Jobgether is seeking a Customer Engineer to serve as a technical authority and solution architect for our enterprise customers. In this role, you will help contact centers leverage advanced AI and real-time coaching tools to optimize agent performance. You'll blend full-stack development expertise with a strong customer focus, integrating solutions across platforms like AWS Connect, Genesys, and Five9 in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with customers in pre-sales to determine the optimal integration approach.
Deliver post-sales solutions on time, working closely with Implementation Managers and stakeholders.
Design, build, and deploy applications using SDKs, APIs, and libraries integrated with contact center chat or voice platforms.
Test deployed applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes.
Provide clear, timely updates to internal and external stakeholders on project progress.
Ensure solutions meet business objectives and enhance agent performance and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience with Contact Center and Customer Experience platforms such as AWS Connect, Genesys, or Five9.
Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AWS, Git, and hands-on coding in Go, Python, and JavaScript.
Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with the ability to build relationships with technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills to manage complex projects involving multiple teams.
Ability to think strategically while delivering simple, impactful technical solutions.
Blend of technical confidence, sales enthusiasm, and precise execution.
