Dijital Team is looking for a Platforms Engineer to own the administration and optimization of our core business technology stack. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and seamless operation of our ConnectWise, Freshdesk, O365, and Azure environments.
What You'll Do
- Manage, administer, and configure the ConnectWise and Freshdesk platforms.
- Oversee user lifecycle, security, and services within the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
- Implement automation and integrations between platforms to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability and uptime.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Proven hands-on experience administering ConnectWise or similar PSA/RMM tools.
- Practical experience managing Freshdesk or a comparable customer support ticketing system.
- Strong operational knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and core Azure services.
- Ability to script or automate tasks using PowerShell or other relevant tools.
- Analytical approach to troubleshooting and optimizing complex technical systems.
