Responsibilities
- Develop and configure Varicent compensation models and calculation logic.
- Act as the primary technical builder for system enhancements, ensuring all plans are set up accurately and on time.
- Identify and implement best practice configurations and build techniques, optimizing for scalability and usability while ensuring solutions align with stakeholder needs.
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing (QA/UAT) for all system changes.
- Identify bugs, validate fixes, and ensure error-free deployments.
- Review and analyze application performance to provide enhancement recommendations and process improvements.
- Provide risk assessment for new functionality and enhancements.
- Build extensive solution / process documentation and enablement infrastructure, scaling consistent practices, documentation and desktop procedures for tool functionality.
- Build deep knowledge around and leverage relationships to influence outcomes and prioritization of upstream system enhancements which directly impact ICM practice.
- Monitor data flows between upstream systems (CRM, HCM) and Varicent.
- Troubleshoot integration errors and collaborate with IT/Data teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Independently manage your own project timelines and priorities.
- Balance daily support tickets with larger system builds, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal oversight.
