EX Squared is seeking a Solution Architect to design and guide the implementation of technical solutions for our global clients. This is a hands-on role where you will translate complex business needs into robust, scalable architectures.

What You'll Do

Design comprehensive solution architectures that align with client business goals and technical constraints.
Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and present architectural proposals.
Create detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and specifications for development teams.
Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to ensure architectural integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role designing enterprise-level solutions.
Strong ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and designs.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with software development lifecycles and modern architectural patterns.
Fluency in English, with professional proficiency in German preferred.
