About the Role

EX Squared is seeking a Account Executive to join our team. This remote position is focused on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our company.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through prospecting and outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs
  • Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to close new business
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales activities
