Kimberly-Clark is hiring a Solution Architect to design and lead the implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions using Blue Yonder. In this remote role, you will architect solutions for complex business functions, define technical strategy, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable systems.
What You'll Do
- Architect WMS solutions that meet complex business needs while minimizing technical complexity.
- Lead delivery of the most complex client technical projects.
- Support definition of business and technical requirements to align strategies with business needs.
- Design high quality, scalable, resilient, and secure end-to-end solutions.
- Define detailed specifications for solution definition, management, and delivery.
- Design and oversee the design, configuration, and build of the WMS solution and its integrations.
- Ensure design practices align with leading industry patterns.
- Provide technical governance and assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate business risks associated with solution design and delivery.
- Support development of internal architecture best practices and people.
- Build expertise of best-in-class solutions and technology.
- Work directly with Business resources and Analysts to drive technical solutions.
- Lead multiple streams within IT and business teams to a common understanding of processes and technology.
- Mentor and lead a team of software engineers accountable for the WAPITI platform.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of technical landscape for their capability area.
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives and share knowledge across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7+ years of professional Information Technology experience, including working directly with business clients.
- Mandatory working knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS Solution.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP S4 EWM solution.
- Good understanding of developing reusable interfaces.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience of integration with SAP ECC/S4 ERP is a plus.
