Requirements
- Proven experience building programs on Solana or similar high-throughput blockchains
- Strong proficiency in Rust programming language
- Familiarity with Solana's runtime and transaction processing model
- Understanding of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices
- Experience with testing frameworks for on-chain code
- Knowledge of decentralized application architecture
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Experience with formal verification or security auditing
- Background in systems programming or low-level optimization
- Prior work with consensus algorithms or distributed systems
- Published programs on Solana's mainnet
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for smart contracts
