You will take full ownership of Soroban smart contracts—from design and implementation to deployment and long-term maintenance—on the Stellar blockchain. Your work will directly support a robust backend ecosystem that interfaces with multiple networks, including Stellar, EVM, and Solana, enabling seamless, high-throughput financial transactions and real-time data processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain smart contracts using Soroban, ensuring security, efficiency, and scalability
- Develop backend services in Node.js to integrate with decentralized networks and support mission-critical transaction flows
- Scale on-chain infrastructure to handle growing user demand across global markets
- Collaborate on architectural decisions that shape the evolution of the platform
- Contribute to shared systems across blockchain environments to enable interoperability
- Deliver new features iteratively, aligning with product goals and technical feasibility
Requirements
- Proven experience with the Stellar ecosystem, particularly Soroban development, tooling, and deployment workflows
- Strong command of Rust for secure and efficient smart contract development
- Familiarity with common smart contract vulnerabilities and secure coding practices
- Backend development experience using Node.js and scalable service architectures
- 2–10+ years of professional software engineering experience
Preferred Background
- Experience in fintech, especially with digital banking or card issuance systems
- Knowledge of Stellar’s legacy network operations
