At Chapter5, we are looking for a SoHo Account Manager to serve as a key pillar of Vodafone’s development strategy. In this role, you’ll focus on supporting and expanding the SOHO (Small Office / Home Office) client base by understanding business needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term, trusted relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop the SOHO client portfolio through active communication and relationship maintenance.
  • Understand customer needs and propose customized communication and digital service solutions.
  • Prepare and present commercial offers adapted to customer needs and Vodafone's product portfolio.
  • Support customers in using Vodafone's digital tools, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and post-sale support.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team spirit and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for client portfolio growth and customer success.

Nice to Have

  • University degree
  • Previous B2B or SOHO sales experience
