At Chapter5, we are looking for a SoHo Account Manager to serve as a key pillar of Vodafone’s development strategy. In this role, you’ll focus on supporting and expanding the SOHO (Small Office / Home Office) client base by understanding business needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term, trusted relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage and develop the SOHO client portfolio through active communication and relationship maintenance.
- Understand customer needs and propose customized communication and digital service solutions.
- Prepare and present commercial offers adapted to customer needs and Vodafone's product portfolio.
- Support customers in using Vodafone's digital tools, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and post-sale support.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license
