Lead test management strategy, planning, and execution for the assigned Bosch Ecosystem, embedding AI-driven testing solutions and intelligent automation.
Define and drive test strategy, governance, and coverage within Agile, Waterfall and DevOps environments, leveraging data-driven and AI-supported quality insights.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of test engineers and automation specialists, fostering innovation and adoption of modern testing practices.
Ensure delivery of high-quality software through structured, risk-based, and automated testing approaches, with a focus on reducing technical debt and improving product quality.
Establish and oversee scalable automation frameworks, integrating advanced automation capabilities (e.g., self-healing, smart execution) while enforcing QA standards.
Define, manage and secure resources for the test periods/phases (people, tools, infrastructure).
Perform critical reviews of test suites, test approaches, and test data, driving optimization, efficiency, and sustainable quality improvements.
Define and implement robust test methodologies to ensure end-to-end validation across the test lifecycle, including effective test data management.
Monitor, report, and present QA metrics, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on measurable outcomes.
Act as the primary interface between QA, development, product management, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on quality objectives and delivery standards.
Qualifications
University Diploma, High school Diploma
Language: English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent)
5+ years of experience in software testing/QA, including 2+ years in a Test Manager or leadership role.
Proven experience in designing and implementing AI-driven testing solutions and intelligent test automation strategies to improve quality, accelerate delivery, and reduce manual effort.
Hands-on experience with automated testing and inspection tools such as SonarQube, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to leverage automation and AI to reduce technical debt, improve code quality, and enable continuous quality engineering practices.
Understanding of system-level and requirements-based testing, and test coverage strategies, with focus on optimizing coverage through intelligent test selection and risk-based approach.
Knowledge of test design techniques such as equivalence class formation, boundary value analysis, state transition testing, use case-based testing, exploratory testing.
Proven experience in testing REST APIs, cloud-based solutions (Azure), and distributed architectures, including the use of automation frameworks and service virtualization.
Experience in introducing scalable test automation architectures and continuous testing frameworks across complex landscapes.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities, with experience in building high-performing QA teams and driving a quality-first culture.
Good understanding of SW Development frameworks and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), with the ability to integrate testing seamlessly into Agile and DevOps workflows.
Experience with common tools for planning, tracking, and reporting tests (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM Octane, TestRail, qTest).
Familiarity with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9126/25010 for software quality, ISTQB standard).
Good knowledge of version control systems such as Git or similar systems, especially for automated testing.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts, AI-driven insights, and quality metrics into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership, especially in the context of emerging AI technologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Certifications:
ISTQB Advanced Level (Test Manager or equivalent)
Readiness to travel internationally (EU).
