Responsibilities

- Establish and guide testing strategies, governance models, and coverage standards across Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps workflows using data analytics and AI-enhanced quality intelligence.
- Supervise, coach, and grow a team of test engineers and automation experts, promoting innovation and the use of contemporary testing methodologies.
- Ensure high software quality delivery by applying systematic, risk-focused, and automated testing methods aimed at minimizing technical debt and enhancing product reliability.
- Create and manage scalable test automation frameworks, incorporating advanced features like self-healing scripts and intelligent test execution, while upholding QA standards.
- Plan, allocate, and safeguard necessary resources—including personnel, tools, and infrastructure—for all testing phases.
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of test cases, strategies, and datasets to drive efficiency, optimization, and long-term quality gains.
- Design and deploy comprehensive test methodologies to support full lifecycle validation, including efficient test data handling and management.
- Track, analyze, and communicate QA performance metrics, identify risks, and lead improvement efforts grounded in measurable results.
- Serve as the main liaison between quality assurance, development, product teams, and business stakeholders to align on quality goals and delivery expectations.
