Evernorth (Cigna Health Solutions India Private Limited) is seeking a Software Engineering Senior Analyst for a newly created, critical role within our Finance Information Technology team. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth delivery and operation of critical investment management systems, supporting the Corporate Owned Life Insurance (COLI) and Settlement Annuities (SAN) teams while acting as an independent contributor.

Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
Collaborate with engineers and business resources to drive change, creating key documents and scribing important details.
Share ideas and participate with the team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Host and facilitate meetings with team and business stakeholders to translate their needs into technical requirements.
Provide demos and support to business partners when requested.
Create automated pipelines to reduce errors in business processes.
Craft and publish release notes and notifications to the business community.
Learn the COLI and SAN Business groups and their members to best support their day-to-day duties and application usage.
Support any issues with the running of existing systems (Production Support) including abend resolution, data issues, scheduling, and other issues.
Gain access and immerse yourself in 20+ web and windows applications, aspiring to become a subject matter expert over time.
Document system processes, procedures, and knowledge for future reference and training purposes, helping build out a Confluence site for COLI & SAN applications.
Port information from legacy documentation sources to the new Confluence site.
Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of systems.
Engage Architects and Developers as required to resolve time-critical issues with existing systems.
