Cigna Healthcare is hiring a Software Engineering Senior Advisor to join the Evernorth organization. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and deploying scalable, efficient AI solutions with a strong emphasis on privacy, security, and fairness. You will build AI platforms leveraging LLMs and GenAI capabilities to drive portal integrations and automation.
What You'll Do
- Perform full stack development including triage, design, coding, and implementation.
- Build enterprise-grade AI solutions with a focus on privacy, security, and fairness.
- Conduct code reviews with scrum teams to approve for Production deployment.
- Conduct research to identify new solutions and methods to fulfill diverse and evolving business needs.
- Establish, improve, and maintain proactive monitoring and management of supported assets for performance, availability, security, and capacity.
- Maintain a strong and collaborative relationship with delivery partners and business stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 14+ years of total professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Fullstack development (Frontend, Backend, and Cloud).
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps.
- 2+ years developing GenAI Solutions and integrating them with other systems.
- A highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills.
- Proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users, and IT areas on all phases of the software development life-cycle.
- A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
