Responsibilities
- Opportunity to lead key engineering and product decisions
- Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app
- Work within a dedicated product team
- Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap
- Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture
Requirements
- Experience working on products that scaled to a large user base
- Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction
- Responsibility for engineering the product
- Customer obsession — constantly focused on providing the best possible experience for users
- Product thinking — making thoughtful decisions about product evolution and guiding internal teams and designers
- Speed — ability to quickly generate ideas and prioritize what can ship now versus later
- Focus — ability to engage appropriately or work heads-down in a high-growth, remote environment
- Technical skills: Swift Programming Language
- Technical skills: SwiftUI experience
- Experience in Multithreading Programming
- Working with CI/CD infrastructure
- Experience with Fastlane
- SOLID principles — ability to write every single class according to SOLID
- Experience with Git and understanding of different Git strategies

Compensation
140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience
