AppLovin is hiring a Software Engineer Intern to join the dynamic engineering team at Wurl. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience developing and maintaining software solutions that power AdTech and CTV platforms, working on projects that impact millions of viewers.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with corresponding unit tests.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software features and functionality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AdTech and CTV.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Understanding of common data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity with web development technology frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL).
- Understanding of software development methodologies and tools, like Agile and Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of AdTech technologies and concepts.
- Familiarity with CTV platforms and OTT (Over-The-Top) video streaming applications.
