Multi Media, LLC is looking for a Software Engineer II, Platform to join the Platform Engineering team. You will build and maintain foundational systems that empower engineering teams across the company. Your work will focus on CI/CD systems, the internal developer platform (IDP), and improving the engineering experience at scale through close collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Help maintain and improve CI pipelines used across many repositories and teams.
• Contribute to the development of our internal developer platform (IDP), including self-service tooling, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on testing, documenting, and implementing platform enhancements or new tool integrations.
• Write reliable, maintainable code in languages like Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Collaborate with teammates and internal customers to gather feedback and improve developer experience.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming sessions.
• Learn from senior engineers while contributing meaningfully to ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Some professional or project-based experience with software development (internships, bootcamps, open source, etc.).
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Exposure to CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
• Curiosity about infrastructure and developer tooling.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from others.
• Ability to communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions.
• Comfort working in a Unix-like environment and using Git.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

• Annual salary of $130,000 - $165,000.
