Rippling is hiring a Software Engineer II to join the Integrations & Access Management team. You will focus on building a world-class Identity and Access Management platform, taking full-stack ownership with a backend focus to develop and scale core products like Single Sign-On and centralized access control.

What You'll Do

Architect, develop, and scale the Single Sign-On product to ensure reliability and ease of use.
Take full-stack ownership, roughly 70% backend focus, from design through shipping frontend features.
Help build and scale a new centralized access management product.
Use AI developer tools to boost productivity, enhance platform stability, and deliver intelligent solutions.
Identify patterns across hundreds of third-party integrations to ensure platform performance for large, global enterprises.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in a high-growth production environment.

Nice to Have

Startup or mid-stage company experience.
Deep expertise in Python, Django, React, MongoDB, and AWS.
A generalist excellence and a builder mindset.
