Responsibilities
- Manage IAM SaaS platforms like Okta and Cloudflare Zero Trust using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Build and maintain custom Rust services to extend and adapt SaaS functionality for automating internal processes
- Improve end-user experience of IAM platforms by creating automated request workflows, internal procedures, documentation, and configuring user-facing sections
- Maintain IaC, software libraries, abstractions, and documentation to support other engineering teams adopting IAM solutions
- Collaborate with the Security and People teams to refine the core identity and access model
