About the Role
The company seeks an experienced backend engineer to develop highly scalable, fault-tolerant cloud ecosystems using Golang. While prior Golang experience is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Candidates should show strong interest in the company's mission and be ready to engage with product and customer needs, with training provided in security domains as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Design and enhance backend microservices by investigating issues and delivering robust solutions.
- Utilize internal tools and platforms to develop cloud-native systems that identify targeted cyber threats.
- Collaborate across teams to brainstorm, research, define, and implement technical initiatives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay informed about customer challenges and ways to better support their needs.
- Prioritize high-quality code through adherence to best practices, testing, logging, and performance metrics.
- Work within an agile, collaborative environment as part of a small, fast-paced team.
- Guide and mentor fellow engineers in backend development, web technologies, and data storage systems.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to enhance system architecture, data models, UX, performance, and reliability.
