Funding Societies | Modalku Group is hiring a Software Engineer to design and develop scalable backend services and APIs that support our core business functions and platform operations. You will join a team focused on maintaining reliable systems, optimizing performance, and driving technical innovation.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable APIs and backend services using Golang and Node.js.
- Maintain and enhance existing platform services for optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Contribute to system architecture design and build monitoring tools for performance optimization.
- Support AI feature development using Python, including LLM techniques.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with a backend focus.
- Proficiency in Golang and Node.js for production-grade web service development.
- Strong curiosity and adaptability to learn and switch between different languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Python and familiarity with LLM concepts like RAG, agents, and prompt engineering.
