**Building the Digital Backbone for Circular Surplus Chemicals** **Location:** Berlin / Remote | **Equity-based Co-Founder Role** At **InCycling**, we're not just talking about sustainability—we're building the digital infrastructure that makes industrial circularity a reality. Founded by former Bayer leaders, we're creating a cloud-native middleware platform that helps chemical and pharmaceutical companies seamlessly redirect surplus materials into existing distributors and marketplaces. We're an early-stage, bootstrapped team with strong industry connections and initial pilot momentum. ## Tasks As our technical co-founder, you'll be the architect of our core technology from scratch. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership, offering complete autonomy over key technical decisions. You will: • Design and build our scalable SaaS backend and integration platform • Lead ERP/API integrations with enterprise systems (SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus) • Develop automation features for surplus detection, ESG compliance, and certification workflows • Help shape our AI-powered matching engine and secure data infrastructure • Collaborate closely on product strategy—from MVP to scale-up ## Requirements We welcome diverse professional paths and perspectives.
