Check out our latest updates on our news and engineering blogs, and join us as we empower people to turn their passions into businesses while bringing communities together through commerce. 💻 Role Risk is a Trust & Safety engineering team at Whatnot dedicated to building systems that ensure users have positive, safe experiences on our platform - because we believe everyone deserves to thrive. • As a software engineer on the Risk team, you'll craft systems and products that help users moderate their shows, enable our internal team to mitigate issues, solve complex monitoring challenges, and build solutions that can scale to our next 20x of growth. • The most critical qualities we need? Making sound product decisions, navigating new domains seamlessly, taking extreme ownership, and shipping high-quality products at lightning speed. We always prioritize highest-impact features and move fast. • Our software team offers significant individual responsibility and freedom, so we need team members we can fundamentally trust. Your ability to make smart trade-offs and exercise excellent judgment is crucial.
