- Collaborate asynchronously with a global team while overlapping with European business hours (10am–2pm EET)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with Laravel, Livewire, TailwindCSS, and AlpineJS
- Solid understanding of vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) and build tools like webpack
- Background in testing with phpunit or pest
- Ability to work independently and deliver reliable results remotely
- Strong grasp of API design, system scalability, and monitoring practices
- Fluency in English and comfort in fast-paced startup environments
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation with significant equity
- Flexible hours and full remote work from anywhere in the world
- Monthly tech allowance and top-tier hardware (MacBook, iPhone)
- Dedicated budget for learning, conferences, and professional growth
- Opportunities to engage with tech communities and attend major events
- Unique lifestyle perks — including company-funded sailing tours, cooking classes, and kite surf lessons on Naxos Island, Greece
- A supportive, inclusive, and travel-focused culture built for distributed teams
