William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, LLC (WME) is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to build foundational internal platforms that power a leading entertainment company. You will solve complex problems, shape architecture, and create systems that help agents manage relationships, deals, and opportunities globally.

What You'll Do

Design and build scalable web applications and APIs.
Drive architectural decisions across frontend and backend systems.
Partner closely with product managers and designers to deliver thoughtful solutions.
Translate operational needs into practical technical systems.
Improve developer productivity through tooling, automation, and AI-assisted development.
Mentor engineers and help raise the technical bar.

What We're Looking For

10+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong full-stack development experience building modern web applications.
Experience with React / Next.js or similar frameworks.
Experience designing scalable APIs and backend systems.
Experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong product instincts and collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working in environments where systems and processes are still evolving.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation: $176,250 - $235,000 annually
