About the Role
The engineer will build systems that empower development teams through automation, documentation, and scalable tooling, ensuring faster deployment and better code quality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support internal platforms that enhance engineering workflows
- Create automation tools to reduce manual effort in software deployment
- Improve developer onboarding experiences with intuitive systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify process inefficiencies
- Maintain documentation for internal tools and processes
- Monitor performance of internal systems and troubleshoot issues
- Design APIs for cross-team integration and service communication
- Implement security best practices in internal tooling
- Optimize build and release pipelines for speed and reliability
- Gather feedback from developers to guide product improvements
- Work with infrastructure teams to ensure scalability of tools
- Support adoption of new technologies across engineering groups
- Write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit tests
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Contribute to incident response for critical internal systems
